What's the difference between free and paid?
Free gives you a preview (first ~50 subtitle lines, or the first 2 minutes of audio/video) so you can judge quality. A paid plan or a top-up unlocks the full file, watermark-free, with no per-file caps.
Do my credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire — buy once, use anytime. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel renewal whenever you like and keep full access until the current period ends; you're never locked in. Note that fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, and consumed usage (minutes transcribed, translations completed) isn't refundable — the AI processing already happened. That's why we give you a free preview to check quality before you pay. See our Refunds page for details.

How good is the translation, and what formats work?
Context-aware AI translates each cue in the flow of the sentence (not word-by-word), and preserves timing. Import/export SRT and VTT; bilingual (stacked) export is supported.
